I love buying postcards in museums and galleries - when I get home I carefully place them on shelves or glue them in to journals. They always bring back fond memories of beautiful exhibitions, inspiring artists and pleasant afternoons of creativity. This postcard collection includes ten of my favourite Tender Whispers from the Heart photographs. I also love taking photos of threads and textiles, especially in Au Ver à Soie. You’ll glimpse their antique wooden counter, their archives kept in ornate calligraphy, a forgotten letter from a French sailor in the 19th century, gorgeous Parisian buildings and bien sûr, sumptuous silk threads and vintage textile treasures.
